1. Sizes

Sizes of Leef Doors cannot be changed once the order is placed.

2. Onsite Alterations

Leef Doors cannot be cut down or varied onsite.

3. Site Glazing & Access

Any site glazing quoted does not include scaffolding or lifting equipment, including but not limited to cranage. Safe access is the responsibility of the client.

4. Confirmation of Details

By signing our purchase order or by accepting our quotation, you confirm that all frame sizes, quantities, and details have been checked and confirmed to your complete satisfaction.

5. Responsibility for Accuracy

Leef Slimline Doors (Leef) will not accept any responsibility for incorrect sizes and/or incorrect details upon acceptance of the quotation or receipt of your purchase order.

6. Custom Manufacture

As Leef custom-makes your goods as per the quotation, it is critical that you have thoroughly read and understood all contents of this quotation.

7. Image Orientation

All images shown on the quotation are viewed from the outside.

8. Quoted Sizes

Unless stated otherwise, all sizes shown on the quotation are for aluminium frame sizes.
For items with timber reveals, Leef recommends the stud opening sizes be 60mm higher and 50mm wider.

9. Changes After Acceptance

If you require any changes after returning the signed quotation, additional fees and supply date changes may apply.

10. Ordering & Delivery Timing

A delivery date cannot be confirmed, and no materials are able to be ordered prior to the signing of this quotation and receipt of the specified payment.

11. Lead Times

Any lead time given starts from acceptance of the quotation and receipt of your deposit.

12. Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery dates and lead times are given in good faith based on present conditions and are contingent upon circumstances beyond our control not occurring.

13. Liability for Delays

We do not accept liability for any penalties or damages (either direct or indirect) for failure to deliver within the estimated time.

14. Delivery Access

The onus is on you to make the job site accessible for delivery; otherwise, the delivery point will be as close to the building as possible. Delivery is to job site only.

15. Scope of Works

Only the work specified in the quotation is covered. Any additional work requested by you, or resulting from drawing changes, building alterations, or variations, will be at an extra cost and quoted separately.

16. Installation Standards

All items supplied are to be installed in accordance with the Australian Window Association installation guide:

Supply of replacement damaged, missing, or incorrect pieces after this time may result in additional charges and will require a purchase order or full payment prior to release.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the quotation date.

2. Unless specific payment terms apply to this quotation in the Specific Additional Terms and Conditions section, payment terms are strictly as per the terms attached to this quotation.

Cancellation

If you cancel this quotation after Leef has accepted it, you must reimburse Leef for any costs and expenses incurred while manufacturing goods under this quotation, including any other expenses and/or consumables.

Terms and Conditions of Supply of Goods and Services

When this quotation becomes an accepted order, goods and services supplied under this quotation are subject to the standard terms and conditions of supply attached to this quotation.

Amendments to Plan Must Be Signed Prior to Quotation Acceptance

Please check this plan and sign your quotation. Please check all details and dimensions, as these will be used to execute your order. Once accepted, changes cannot be made without incurring additional fees. This will require a 50% deposit, with the balance payable 10 days prior to delivery.
